Hello again World,
I'm Larry Lam, I've been the President of the Post 21 Club for a long time. Things have been changing all around us, and as a result we've had to go a bit "dark" the last couple of years, because we've had to adapt to new challenges in order to stay relevant. We've had to do some soul-searching, and we've had to reinvent ourselves. But now we're feeling good about the journey!
We're coming out the other end of the tunnel, at last. We know where we have to go, and we know what we have to do!
And what exactly is that? Read on...
We're going to help create even more cutting-edge, relevant Programs and Services for our population. We'll be doing this by doing what we've done before, but in a different, more efficient way- by collaborating with great service providers- developing Pilot Program concepts together, identifying participants and clients, providing grant funding to our collaborators, and putting our heads together to create the Programs with the greatest impact! We are re-focused as a catalyst and change agent.
I'm not sure who will be reading this post. I hope some of you will see this and know that isn't a rant. There is an urgent need for change and new programs, and I hope you'll return and join in the action and invest your time and energy, in joining us in whatever capacity you can.
