Post 21 Club has been working with Bergen County Freeholders, in particular Tracy Zur and Joan Voss, and many other advocates and Service Providers, in trying to lay the groundwork for a brighter future for the over-21 population with Autism. The effort began in 2013, hit some obstacles, but is getting back on track in 2015. Post 21 Club will be working alongside longtime ally NJ Friendship House, Arc of Bergen County, James Thebery, and many others in trying to pave the way toward a more facilitated future for our population! We have started a non-profit in Northern NJ (Puzzlefarms.org) where we provide agrecultural space for Autistic adults and thier support network where they can do agrecultural work. There is no fee for particpation. We created this in resoponse to looking for employment for our Autistic adult child and could not find any. They can grow produce and keep the revenue. We have a multi acre farm in Ringwood NJ where we have access to property and light equipment. We woudl like to reach out to others and see if this is a form to see if others want to find out more. Is this an approprate form to reach out to others to see if they are interested?

I am so sorry for the almost year-long delay. We've "gone underground" while we tried to re-invent ourselves in the midst of unusual circumstances in our world, and our website and blog went dark.
We hope your Puzzlefarms venture is alive and surviving/thriving, and if so would like to hear more about it. To answer your question, I hope this blog will take off and it will be a place to raise awareness of your efforts!
